Payment Options : We accept Paypal, cashier’s checks, USPS money orders and personal checks. Personal checks are subject to a 14-day bank clearance prior to shipping. All checks and money orders should be made payable to Corrina Hofer. Credit card payments through Paypal also are accepted.

Deposits: We are more than happy to hold a gecko for you with a 25 percent deposit. We will only hold a gecko for 14 days unless prior arrangements have been made. We will hold a gecko that has been paid in full for 30 days, unless prior arrangements have been made. All deposits are nonrefundable.

Shipping: We use UPS through ShipYourReptiles. We charge a flat shipping  rate of $50.00. We ship all our reptiles with heavy-duty corrugated boxes with styrofoam sides. We do not charge extra for these boxes or heat/cold packs.  We believe that it's important that the shipping material be the best that it can be, so that the reptiles arrive safe and sound. We do not ship in extreme weather conditions. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii.

Guarantee: We guarantee that all reptiles will be healthy and feeding at the time of shipping. We give you a 72 hour guarantee on all reptiles. If for any reason that you are not satisfied, get in contact with us within the specified amount of time to get a full refund or replacement of your choice. If you do not contact us within 72 hours of the delivery, we will assume that you are happy with your animals. Of course, we would be happy to be a care resource to your and your animal at any time.

Cancellation Policy: Orders cancelled after payment is received are subject to a 25 percent cancellation fee.
